Member competition. Every member may add an entry to participate. The winner is decided by a member vote

Rules	The poem must be written by you (no copying) You must write ONE poem The poem must include an animal and summer (in some way) Max 300 chars may be used
Prize	The winner gets a period of free GoldMembership (GM) The top 3 entries gets 100 Euro (in the game) The 20 best entries is qualified for the final round and the member gets 50 euro as a reward (money in the game).

1	Karalyn	She's Just a pit bull in summer happy as can be running round and round happy to be free But just last summer, it wasn't like that you see she was locked in a pen all covered with fleas So now the lucky pit is happy, running free just remember That could have been me!
2		The birds are tweetin’ The smell in the air is so sweetening All animals are happy and well All the trees are full of sap and swell! The dogs get taken for many endless walks, they enjoy having their talks! The cats are meowing with joy, for they know that SUMMER-TIME IS HERE!
3		It's summertime the leaves are green. It's summertime so blue, the stream. The squirrels are gaily climbing in the trees The scent of flowers rides the breeze Summertime, such a glorious thing! How I wish it would stay, all year till next spring!
4	Roxi	Its summer time, now its the time, The animals here, have no fear. The beach has horizon, the stars start shining, For Its summer time! The animals have fun, playing in the sun, People are there, trying not to stare, for the animals are playing! The sky is blue, so pretty too, its summer!
5		Running on tiny legs Summersun is shining Little legs are running Joy in a cloudless face Cradle the little happy hamster in my arms The summer warmth is steaking and yet we love it The little furballs playing in their cages Summersun is shining They're running on their tiny legs
6		The Seabird The beautiful bird cooled off its wings, on a hot summers day that followed recent springs. Under the shade of an ancient tree, she tweeted so sweetly, and looked to the sea. She flew to the salty waters that neared, where many lives were lost by waves birds all feared.

14		I couldn't believe my mothers in summer when she said she'll get me a horse-I was excited to my heart content, and all could think of in my mind was my pet is a horse of course & to this day-I'll never forget the first horse to be called as my pet. I love to ride horses and don't like the winter wet
